Basketball Regional/State Seeding Policy: Seeding will be determined by region record only (area opponents twice and region opponents once).  Tie breaker will be overall in-class record.  The four area champions will be seeded #1, #2, #3, and #4.  The four area       runner-ups will be seeded #5, #6, #7, and #8.  We will use the following procedures in case a tie still exists:  #1  Head to head competition; #2 The team with the most in-class victories will be seeded ahead of the others; #3  A toss of coin, *NOTE:  If possible, play between area schools will be eliminated in the first round.  The brackets will then be played out, and teams will not be seeded again for the Final Four.

Brackets will be set after all records are received, following the area tournaments.  Do not call the office for seedings; the brackets will be posted on the LINK as soon as completed on Monday, February 4, 2008 after noon.

REMINDER:  The 2007-08 Gate Admission Fees:   Tournament play, double headers, playoffs, all-stars, jamborees, and finals, $7.00 adults and $5.00 students.
