AISA All Star Basketball Game Results:
The EAST girls defeated the WEST girls 59-37.
EAST MVP:  Merritt Waddell, Lakeside School / WEST MVP:  Amber Huskey, Escambia Academy    
The WEST boys defeated the EAST boys 70-60.

Approved and effective immediately  by the AISA Athletic Committee at the October 3, 2007 Meeting:  The coaches’ box in basketball games is to be set at 14 feet.  Vote unanimous.

30 Second Timeouts:  Cheerleaders are not to perform on the playing floor during 30 second timeouts.

NO ARTIFICIAL NOISEMAKERS CAN BE USED DURING THE COURSE OF THE BASKETBALL GAME.  REMINDER:  THAT MEANS NONE!  SEE AISA ATHLETIC HANDBOOK.
